Refund policy

RETURN POLICY We have a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS Due to the health, hygiene, and safety standards of the products we sell (dietary supplements and skincare items like tallow creams), strict rules apply:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals fully intact.

  • If a product is opened, unsealed, or shows any sign of use, the return will be immediately rejected for health and safety reasons. We do not offer refunds if you simply did not like the taste, texture, or results of the product.

RETURN PROCESS To start a return, you must contact us at [contact@fitnessrelax.fr]. If your return is accepted, we will send you the exact US address of our fulfillment center where you need to send the package.

  • Please note: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS We will notify you once our facility has received and inspected your return. If the product is confirmed to be unopened and sealed, your refund will be approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
