ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) We partner with US-based fulfillment centers to get your products to you as quickly as possible directly from within the United States.

• Standard Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RelaxFitness is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
